  25. CURLOPT_SASL_IR \- enable sending initial response in first packet

  29. .SH DESCRIPTION
  30. Pass a long. If the value is 1, curl will send the initial response to the
  31. server in the first authentication packet in order to reduce the number of
  32. ping pong requests. Only applicable to the following supporting SASL
  33. authentication mechanisms:
  34. * Login
  35. * Plain
  36. * GSSAPI
  37. * NTLM
  38. * OAuth 2.0
  39. Note: Whilst IMAP supports this option there is no need to explicitly set it,
  40. as libcurl can determine the feature itself when the server supports the
  41. SASL-IR CAPABILITY.
