  23. .TH CURLOPT_NOBODY 3 "June 21, 2017" "libcurl 7.61.1" "curl_easy_setopt options"
  24. .SH NAME
  25. CURLOPT_NOBODY \- do the download request without getting the body
  26. .SH SYNOPSIS
  27. #include <curl/curl.h>
  28. CURLcode curl_easy_setopt(CURL *handle, CURLOPT_NOBODY, long opt);
  29. .SH DESCRIPTION
  30. A long parameter set to 1 tells libcurl to not include the body-part in the
  31. output when doing what would otherwise be a download. For HTTP(S), this makes
  32. libcurl do a HEAD request. For most other protocols it means just not asking
  33. to transfer the body data.
  34. Enabling this option means asking for a download but without a body.
