- Pass a long. If \fIuseget\fP is 1, this forces the HTTP request to get back to

- same curl \fIhandle\fP.

- \fICURLOPT_NOBODY(3)\fP to 0 and \fICURLOPT_UPLOAD(3)\fP to 0.
